We have a dedicated team with experienced staff to support our employees and we are committed to each one of employees to develop a sense of belonging to our Devonfield community as a valued member. As a result, employees come and go over the time but many employees have been happy to work with us for 20+ years until they decide to retire. We celebrate each milestone and assist all employees to build confidence to be themselves and become more independent in our community. People that have a job in general are healthier and more fit. For families of those working at a Disability Enterprise, for many they also can re-enter the workforce giving the whole family greater financial security. They tell us how much more confident their family members are that work for us.
