Supported Employment - Mowing,spraying and removing grass and picking up garden waste In a large country area it is important to provide services for the community. This helps them to continue to live a healthy and supported life by taking the pressure of them by having a mowing service that is available to not only the community but also to agencies that support older people to stay at home. Another area we cover is contract work for organisations to spray, cut back scrub and mow grass, we have a larger truck to enable us to load rubbish and remove. Our supported employees feel included in a team environment that gives them a sense of inclusion and satisfaction that they can help others.
