Yourtown Enterprises provides paid work and training opportunities for young people aged 15-25 experiencing significant disadvantage and barriers to employment. Through a blended workforce model, qualified tradespeople supervise and train young people in grounds maintenance, landscaping, construction, and cleaning services, helping them gain practical skills and pathways to future employment.

Youth Enterprises Australia is a certified social enterprise that provides employment opportunities for young people facing barriers to work through a six-month employment and training program. The program combines paid work experience with life skills training, employability skills development, and wraparound support from youth workers to help participants transition to sustainable long-term employment.
