Yes, we’re a disability service provider, but we’re also so much more. We’re the helper, mentor, coach, and trusted partner of around 5000 people with a disability throughout the east coast of Australia. We’re also proud to employ nearly 400 people with a disability across our seven businesses. From packaging and facility services to delicious biscuits and a working avocado and macadamia farm, our businesses offer quality products and services whilst advocating for Australians living with disability. All our Businesses are Social Enterprises certified by Social Traders. Meaning we are profit for purpose! We are sustainable and commercially competitive, but we exist for the sole purpose of creating meaningful, enjoyable employment for people with disability. Aruma is committed to participating in the communities in which we operate. We strive to increase local spending and create jobs for local suppliers and contractors. In 2022, our Businesses contributed over $17.3 million into the economy and for every dollar invested into an Aruma businesses there is a $2.05 return on investment to our local communities via improved incomes for employees, disability support pension savings and increased economic activity of carers. Wesley Mission is a for purpose organisation delivering services across NSW to support the most disadvantaged in our communities. As an Australian Disability Enterprise, Wesley Mission provides meaningful employment for over 100 Supported employees in areas of Contract Packaging, Gardening & Cleaning, Graffiti Removal, Administration and hospitality. Based out of Dundas, Wesley's Cleaning and Gardening crews service the greater Sydney area, north to Newcastle and South to the Illawarra, West to the Blue Mountains. Wesley Mission provides opportunities for people living with a disability to lead a fulfilling life through employment. As a charitable organisation, Wesley Mission supports disadvantaged individuals through employment, aged care, disability support, family and youth activities, registered training and other services supporting the communities in which we work. Flourish Australia run a number of Community Businesses and Social Enterprises aimed at providing high quality services for businesses, government procurement and the general public. Flourish Australia Business Services is a division of Flourish Australia, one of Australia’s largest non-profit organisations providing person-led, recovery-focussed support for people with complex mental health issues. The Flagstaff Group is an NDIS registered provider that provides life skills and employment for over 260 people with disability, who are provided sustainable and meaningful employment, training, skills development. HPA - "Helping People Achieve" is a non-government not-for-profit organisation that has been providing services to Territorians with physical and intellectual disabilit since 1963, in the Darwin and Palmerston ares. HPA currently supports 68 people in our employment service and 40 people in our accommodation services. Helping People Achieve (HPA) has provided supported employment and accommodation to Territorians with disabilities since 1963. The aim of HPA’s employment service is to benefit the community through the creation and development of employment opportunities for people with disabilities and to facilitate supported accommodation. The aim of HPA’s employment service is to benefit individuals with training and ongoing support necessary to enable their success in ‘open employment’. HPA has a strong record of achieving success in this role. HPA currently has two business enterprises, Kokoda Industries and Ausdesigns that produce excellent local products and services. Kokoda Industries trains and upskills employees in a vast array of tasks and manufactures a range of high quality timber, steel and aluminium products. Ausdesigns also has a diverse range of competencies and skills for its employees to learn. It is an industrial sewing, screen-printing and embroidery business. DAS Support Services is the supported accommodation division of HPA. DAS provides this valuable outreach support to approximately 35 people living independently in the community.

Lasercraft Australia was formed over 36 years ago and our main focus is the supply of High Quality Recognition Awards and Business Gifts, along with manufacture of survey pegs, secure document destruction and packing (see lasercraft.com.au for more information) We supply to all levels of Government and Business and are well known in the Awards Industry. Lasercraft currently employs 53 people living with a disability and we are proud of what we achieve at Lasercraft. Lasercraft is a not-for-profit company providing supported employment for over 53 people living with a disability. Since inception over 36 years ago Lasercraft has given hundreds of supported workers the opportunity for work, socialisation and a better life. Lasercraft promotes a safe and inclusive environment and strives to provide ongoing training and support to people living with disabilities, their carers, family and community.

AXIS Worx is a Social Enterprise that provide Supported Employment to people with permanent disability AXIS Worx for the past 3 years have been major sponsors of the Tri State Games as they have been held in Horsham. As an organisation we provide sponsorship to a variety of clubs within our region. A commercial kitchen supplying daily deliveries of cakes, slices, biscuits to a local supermarket and catering for meetings, forums and private catering. A commercial laundry with long standing contracts to launder work wear for the local mine as well as other weekly washing/ironing orders for domestic and local businesses. A Trophy, Engraving & Badge-Making Service supplying an extensive range of trophies, medallions, shields, awards, commemorative plaques and personalised engraving on almost any surface. A Secure Document Destruction Service for local businesses with pick up and delivery. Gumnut Place provide numerous high quality products through our many business units that ultimately meet the needs of our local community. We also provide community inclusion, skills development and career progression opportunities for a high number of paid/volunteer employees with disabilities. The Bridge Inc. is a not-for-profit disability services provider located in the south-eastern and Northern suburbs of Melbourne. We’ve been helping people with disabilities develop key life skills for over 50 years. We offer job placement services, supported employment opportunities, learning in life skills, support to participate in social and leisure activities in the community. The Bridge Works is the warehousing and manufacturing service for The Bridge Employment. We provide meaningful employment for people with disabilities who require support to work. We assist with a range of business services, including labour hire, logistics support, manufacturing and e-fulfilment services. This service is useful for manufacturers experiencing space limitations; and wholesalers & importers requiring rework of products. The Bridge Works is part of The Bridge Employment which is a not–for-profit employment service provider delivering a comprehensive range of employment solutions to employers and jobseekers across South-East Melbourne. The Bridge Works provides warehouse solutions and commercial cleaning services to businesses through a supported employment enterprise. We match our supported employee's skills to the requirements of the jobs we have available, offering ongoing individualised training and guidance to complete tasks. Civic Industries provides paid employment to people with disability who have 'Finding and Keeping a Job' in their NDIS plan. A range of jobs including packaging, decanting, mail-outs, labeling, administration, lawn mowing, catering and barista are offered for differing skill levels within a supportive environment in South Sydney and other locations. We also work at the Department of Defence at Holsworthy Army Base delivering administrative work. We support over 100 people with disabilities providing an opportunity for people to engage in the industry that has shaped their community. Our manufacturing division, WoodWerx supplies major SA wineries.

Myhorizon Social Enterprises provides meaningful employment for people with disabilities. We do this through our Packaging and Mail House services along with our Conference facilities with accompany our Café and Catering businesses. Our organisation provides meaningful employment for people with disabilities across the mail and packaging industries as well as in Hospitality with our new Café and Function Venue.
