JustWorks is a registered social enterprise founded on over 15 years experience supporting diverse candidates to flourish in the workplace, through employment programs in a range of sectors, including utilities, infrastructure, finance and government services. JustWorks aims to support businesses by offering access to our talent pool of candidates from priority cohorts, and will refer candidates to organisations for specific roles, to meet social procurement initiatives, or to fulfil your diversity recruitment objectives.

I teach narrative empathy and perspective-taking to writers of all ages. Perspective-taking underpins the formation of culture and reinforces empathy. Reading contributes to perspective-taking skills and a person's capacity for empathy.

At Lively, our mission is to reduce youth unemployment, alleviate social isolation amongst older community members, and build a more age-friendly society. To do this, we train and employ young jobseekers to offer support and connection for isolated older people. Through this process, we build meaningful relationships that also enable older people to share their rich knowledge and experience back with the young.

We provide personal safety education and self-defence training. Our social purpose is to make the physical and mental health benefits of our training accessible to everyone, regardless of income or psychological challenges.
