As a national not-for-profit organisation and registered charity, we deliver social and environmental impact at scale. We create employment and training opportunities for people experiencing barriers to work, keep waste out of landfill and support communities. We run three of Australia's largest certified social enterprises, Resource Recovery Australia, Soft Landing and Green Yakka, and a range of place-based community services, including Homebase Youth Services, Helping Hands, and Great Lakes & Manning Youth Homelessness Service.

Among The Trees is a social enterprise that works with reclaimed timber to provide useable wood, machining and manufacturing, and woodworking courses for the public, all with the primary goal of diverting timber from landfill.

Bush to Bowl is a social enterprise aimed at creating a healing space & platform for First Nations people by connecting to Country and their traditional foodways. Green Connect Farm is a not-for-profit urban farm in Warrawong, NSW that grows organic food and provides employment, training, and work experience for young people and former refugees facing barriers to work.

To create space for young people to grow. Through growing food and regenerating land, we offer engagement, training and employment opportunities to 12-24 year olds in a hands-on, project-based, supportive environment.

Grow your Mind is a mental health social venture. Our reason for being is to inspire, engage, and connect with schools and families to learn ways to be and stay mentally from a young age. Poor mental health doesn't discriminate and neither should mental health education. At Grow Your Mind we believe that mental health is not just the presence or absence of a diagnosable mental health condition, but something we all have and can all learn to look after. With 50% of all serious mental health conditions beginning before the age of 14, it is key to start teaching kids about their brains, emotions, and mental health from a young age. Prevention is easier than cure.

Made in the West Creative is a social enterprise and creative production agency in Western Sydney, driven by a mission to amplify underrepresented voices and build a thriving, connected and inclusive screen industry across the region. Building on the success and community trust established by the Made in the West Film Festival, we offer professional screen content production services while delivering programs that foster skills development, employment pathways, and cultural connection for local filmmakers. The Greater Western Sydney Region spans 13 local government areas and represents over 2.5 million people; many of whom are culturally diverse, working class, and historically underrepresented in the national screen industry. Our work responds directly to systemic inequities in access, opportunity, and visibility. We exist to change the narrative: not just showcasing local talent, but investing in it. Our hybrid model combines revenue-generating services (video production, livestreaming, film licensing, and creative consulting) with impact-focused programs (filmmaker training, community screenings, cultural events, and mentorships). This approach fuels both financial sustainability and measurable social change; growing local creative capacity, economic opportunity, and pride of place.
