Supporting young men with disability to live a healthier life, through health, relationships, community and learning. They offer health and wellness programs and support for adolescent males and young men with disability. Buddiup now provides programs and services to over 100 athletes and participants in Perth and Geelong, helping young men on their journey to creating a healthier life.

Perth City Farm enables connected, sustainable lives in harmony with nature At our half-hectare site we harness the power of nature and community connection, bringing people together to learn about sustainable living. We focus on creating behaviour change so that people can learn to live more sustainably, which benefits them, their community and the environment. Perth City Farm offers venue hire for corporate events, weddings, parties and workshops, as well as tours, permaculture workshops, team building and volunteering opportunities.

Reach Her Inc exist to support and empower women from diverse backgrounds to improve their confidence, mental and physical wellbeing and help create a sense of belonging by helping them gain an entry into employment from education and training. We provide a range of our holistic employment pathway programs to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of our women, upskill them through our pre-employment workshops & business school so that they can become financially independent.

Sam s Spares exists to provide meaningful training & employment opportunities for neurodivergent individuals, enabling them to build skills, confidence, and a sense of belonging within an inclusive and ethical workplace. We deliver this purpose through the refurbishment and responsible reuse of donated information IT technology. By operating within the circular economy, we reduce electronic waste while creating sustainable IT Training, employment pathways, vocational development, and long-term social impact. Our approach demonstrates that generosity and sustainability can work together, that social purpose can be powered by sound systems, ethical enterprise, and accountability. The Behaviour Change Collaborative is a social enterprise working collaboratively to address health, social and environmental challenges. We partner with academia, government, non-profit organisations and social businesses to influence behaviours and improve lives. We provide behavioural research, behaviour change program design and delivery, strategic advisory, consumer and stakeholder engagment, and more.

The Cariad Project is a Perth-based social enterprise that creates meaningful opportunities for children to give back while supporting their local community experiencing homelessness, hardship and marginalisation. Through hands-on programs such as Baking a Difference, children as young as three take part in interactive workshops where they create baked goods that are gifted to local support services. Each experience is paired with age-appropriate learning through story, art, and gentle conversation, helping children build empathy, understanding, and a sense of social responsibility. While the baked goods provide immediate care to young people in need, the lasting impact of The Cariad Project is the compassion, confidence, and community spirit being nurtured in the next generation.

We support different and diverse leaders to grow their businesses with training, coaching and strategy in a way that safe, inclusive, effective and most of all is appropriate to the needs of different leaders (neurodiverse, culturally diverse, women in not traditional fields, gender diverse etc). We offer scholarships to all our trainings and partner with aligned non profits and membership organisations to increase access to our programs and trainings.

We inspire and enable action by positive doers and changemakers in local communities and governments. We are building a movement of positive ‘doers’ focused on improving their own local area through a shared purpose and values, which we have summarized in the Town Team Charter.
