Community Resources exists to create jobs that care for people and planet, we keep waste out of landfill and we provide community services to those who need them most. As a national not-for-profit organisation and registered charity, we deliver social and environmental impact at scale. We create employment and training opportunities for people experiencing barriers to work, keep waste out of landfill and support communities. We run three of Australia's largest certified social enterprises, Resource Recovery Australia, Soft Landing and Green Yakka, and a range of place-based community services, including Homebase Youth Services, Helping Hands, and Great Lakes & Manning Youth Homelessness Service.

BCR Shoalhaven: Youth, Aged & Disability Services, Op Shop, Low-Cost Food Pantry, Emergency Relief, Lawn & Garden Services, Training Cafe. BCR supports communities through our Youth & Community Centre, Activities Hub, Youth Collective Pods Precinct and Bay & Basin 92.7FM Community Radio Station located in Sanctuary Point.

Among The Trees is a social enterprise that works with reclaimed timber to provide useable wood, machining and manufacturing, and woodworking courses for the public, all with the primary goal of diverting timber from landfill.

Adventure tourism with purpose - combining a world-class trail network, local jobs for young people and stronger communities. Angry Bull Trails is a purpose-driven social enterprise based in Tenterfield NSW. We are developing over 150km of mountain bike and adventure trails, alongside a vibrant visitor hub with cafe, meeting space, visitor information and rider services. Our focus is on creating employment, mentoring and training opportunities for young people, while growing sustainable regional tourism and outdoor experiences. All revenue is reinvested back into trail maintenance, jobs and community impact.

Through our Banish Recycling and Diversion (BRAD) Program, we tackle hard-to-recycle items, ensuring they're properly processed instead of ending up in landfill. But recycling is just one piece of the puzzle. Our mission extends beyond waste reduction to education and advocacy, helping individuals, businesses, and schools take meaningful action for the planet."

Cap and Dutch is a manufacturer and retailer of personal toiletries. We aim to empower consumers to affect real change with their buying behaviour. Our intent is to redirect profits to the elimination of health issues that prevent access to early-childhood and primary education in Australian communities.

We offer returnable packaging as a service to events, platforms & organisations aiming to reduce single-use waste whilst simultaneously providing employment for trainees and graduates of social enterprise employment programs

brandkind is a not for profit social enterprise providing brand strategy and a broad range of marketing services at pro and low-bono pricing to social enterprises, utilising the talent and generosity of professionals and working with, and through the support of, sector intermediaries and funding organisations. It charges minimal fees to support its administration and operational costs.

Bush to Bowl is a social enterprise aimed at creating a healing space & platform for First Nations people by connecting to Country and their traditional foodways. We practice our culture on a daily basis by giving back to Country, our mob and the wider community.

Community Flower Studio is youth-focused Charity which has a Not-for-Profit Social Enterprise arm. CFS sells floral arrangements, indoor plants and art pieces to the public. Net Proceeds will be used to support YOUTH facing mental health challenges. CFS offers various creative workshops to youth via collaborations with Out-Reach Youth Services such as StreetWork, a charity established since 1980. By nurturing their creative talents, encouraging face-to-face interactions and inspiring them with lived experiences of CFS members, YOUTH learn valuable life skills. For those YOUTH interested to assist with CFS Pop-Up Shops, they will gain work experience in retail customer service and work ethics. For those who are keen to pursue post-secondary studies at TAFE or Universities, CFS will look for suitable mentors to support their aspirations. This will help them find meaningful employment in the future. CFS officially launched a free 'Youth Mentoring Program' for young people (12 - 30 yr). This program was the finalist in 2024 Mental Health Matters Community Initiative Award. Dr Bibiana Chan was awarded the '2024 Environmental Citizen of the Year' by the Willoughby City Council through her work with Community Flower Studio and in particular the 'Petal-it-Forward' campaign (a charity partner with the Return & Earn Scheme).
