Adventure tourism with purpose - combining a world-class trail network, local jobs for young people and stronger communities. Angry Bull Trails is a purpose-driven social enterprise based in Tenterfield NSW. We are developing over 150km of mountain bike and adventure trails, alongside a vibrant visitor hub with cafe, meeting space, visitor information and rider services. Our focus is on creating employment, mentoring and training opportunities for young people, while growing sustainable regional tourism and outdoor experiences. All revenue is reinvested back into trail maintenance, jobs and community impact.

Our mission is to make reuse the norm, not the exception, by delivering integrated reusable packaging systems that remove operational friction for venues, festivals, workplaces, and high-density environments. Cercle's core activities are designed to achieve both environmental and social outcomes. Environmentally, we reduce reliance on disposable products, minimise waste sent to landfill, and support lower-impact resource consumption through reuse infrastructure and data-driven circular systems. Socially, we create meaningful employment pathways for individuals who frequently face barriers to employment, including people with experiences of incarceration, domestic violence, and long-term disadvantage. Through partnerships with community organisations and social procurement initiatives, Cercle seeks to demonstrate that circular economy systems can simultaneously generate measurable environmental benefits and inclusive economic participation.

Greenacres' purpose is to be an innovative pioneer in disability services, constantly adapting and evolving with the needs of the people who used our services, enabling people to live the life they imagine. Our social enterprises employ just over 200 people with disability in the following areas: warehouse operations - manufacture of a homewares range, packaging, assembly and labeling, as well as industrial sewing, metal shearing and production of sandbags, mainstream enterprises in a retail store in Shellharbour, 4 Cafes in the Wollongong area and at Shellharbour Airport, a catering kitchen based at Shellharbour Airport, Parks & Garden Maintenance, Labour Hire Crews, and a Cleaning Crew. We also have ecommerce for IMAGINE Homewares and Hampers our homewares brand made in Wollongong, which we retail online and also wholesale to stockists throughout Australia and for corporate gifting.

Plate It Forward is a for-purpose hospitality group creating employment pathways for people facing barriers to work. Through our restaurants, and catering & event operations, we provide hands-on training, paid roles, and real industry experience. Profits from our venues are reinvested into the Plate It Forward Foundation, funding food relief programs and expanding access to training and employment opportunities.

Reduce inequality, promote social inclusion and financial security through employment and training to migrant and refugee women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds in our sustainable vegetarian hospitality cafes, catering and an urban farm that supplies fresh greens to the menu items.
