Think+DO Tank Foundation collaborates with low-income and marginalised, urban communities in NSW, focusing on culturally and linguistically diverse women and children. Together, we develop a shared way of doing things, designing projects that have a demonstrated and lasting impact. Our evidence-based, replicable approaches improve social cohesion; reduce isolation; strengthen community capacity; and foster equity. Two Good Co is a Social Traders-certified social enterprise that reinvests 50% of its profits into supporting and employing women overcoming domestic violence and homelessness. Through the sale of our catering, gifting, soaps, sanitisers, and washroom essentials, we help corporate partners and government organisations turn everyday business spend, to deliver social impact in their local communities.

U Shape Us is a Canberra-based social enterprise creating simple imagination games that spark conversation, connection and a sense of belonging. We design tools that invite people to share memories, express ideas, and imagine new ways of connecting with others. Our games are used in schools, community programs, and with older people across Australia. Our work is grounded in the belief that when people are supported to share their inner worlds and be heard, they are more likely to feel valued, included, and connected. Through our two games, U Shape Us and Up To Us, we create spaces where people of all ages can participate, contribute ideas, and shape their own experiences of belonging.

Clean underwear is a dignity issue. Charities can't accept second-hand undies; they have to buy them. We fixed that. Underwear for Humanity is a B Corp Certified Social Enterprise using sustainable underwear and socks to fund real, measurable change. Our buy-one-give-one model has delivered over 60,000 pairs to people experiencing homelessness and domestic violence. We've diverted over 63,000 items from landfill through Australia's first underwear recycling scheme. We pay 50c per item sold to Aboriginal community projects. Our supply chain pays workers 60% above the living wage. Founded by Kelly Barrett, a 25-year veteran of underwear design and development, UH exists to prove that integrity can be easy, and that the brands people choose every day can quietly change the world. Tackling gender-based violence through Emotional, Mental, and Physical Self-Defence. We run prevention and early intervention programs with universities, community groups, and workplaces to empower at individual, organisational, and community levels.

Launchpad for young changemakers

Our services fall in 3 categories: 1. Training on DEI: topics include unconscious bias, inclusive language, inclusive leadership, Aboriginal cultural engagement, race and gender related, LGBT allyship, mental health etc. 2. Consulting: policy creation, gender pay gap reporting for WGEA, design and implementation of programs on gender, race, culture, LGBT, disability. Research on social issues including doing focus groups, interviews, Data and statistical analysis of HR data, employment trends, employee satisfaction etc. 3. Virtual Reality experience creation: we will understand your needs and create a VR film tailored starting from idea onto script, filming, editing, software testing, and give you a ready to play Vr headset.

Our purpose is to help you improve your wellbeing through arts and culture. We provide structure and support for improving holistically so you can lower risks of chronic stress or burnout and prevent mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. Our program is delivered in various artforms, one being the use of African print fabrics (aka Vitenje). We create unique fashion accessories for gifting and practicing mindfulness, as well as facilitate workshops and group mentoring to help you grow and thrive

WiSE Recycling Co. is a community recycling service that collects hard-to-recycle waste from households, schools, and local businesses; cleaning, sorting, and transforming it into meaningful products, while rewarding customers with exclusive offers from local brands and keeping waste out of landfill for good.

Women's Shed Canberra runs weekly workshops and drop-in sessions, and in 2023 launched the Mobile Women's Shed to reach women facing transport or social barriers. Sunita Kotnala, Founder and CEO was recognised for her leadership and named Canberra's Citizen of the Year 2025 for empowering hundreds of women through inclusive skills learning.

We run Community Bank South Coast, providing everyday banking services with one powerful difference: our profits go back into the local community, for the local community.

YEP Careers delivers practical, real-world and strengths-based programs that equip people to discover careers aligned to their passions, strengths and the needs of local industries. We work with people of all ages, with strong experience working with young people and those who face complex barriers to employment, including people in the criminal justice system. Our mentoring approach provides steady guidance, industry insight and the kind of support that keeps participants engaged and moving forward, whether they choose business ownership or working for an organisation. We partner with all levels of government, industry and community organisations across regional NSW to deliver locally responsive programs that lead to meaningful, sustainable employment and enterprise outcomes.
