We provide support, mentoring and training for our employees in order for them to actively participate in the workforce.. . The business was formed in 1986 and while the service has changed to meet the increasingly complex demands of the industry, our mandate remains the same: to provide a quality service for people with disabilities.. . At the same time however, Product Action functions as a business and is competitive within the small business sector. This is in part thanks to assistance from the Federal Government.. . We have many parents, caregivers, service providers, clients and staff who are totally committed to Product Action because they are witness to the benefits the employees get from coming to work. They also see a quality service which cares about the people who work for them and great commitment from the supported employees. Product Action is a small ADE which, very successfully, provides employment opportunities and skills development for individuals with an intellectual disability, so that they can actively participate in the workforce and increase social independence. At the same time however, Product Action functions as a business, and is competitive within the small business sector, ensuring a high quality service to our customers. Product Action provides a niche service, providing Supported Employment and skill development for individuals with high support needs increasing independence. Product Action is a small, unique service providing a person-centred approach. Our staff provide one on one support to help each individual achieve their employment and learning goals.
