About

Glen Industries is an Australian Disability Enterprise providing supported employment and training for people with a disability. We ar a not for profit charitable organisation and receive some funding from the Federal Government, Department of Social Services, to provide on the job support, skill development and assessments for individuals whom otherwise may not be active in the workforce. In addition, we have a responsibility under corporations law to maintain a viable business and as such provide a range of valuable products and services within Glen Innes and surrounding communities.. . We are located in beautiful Glen Innes, Celtic Country, which is a rural community of approximately 7500 people. Glen Innes is ppositioned on the intersection of the New England and Gwydir Highways, which offers scenic routes North to Brisbane and South to Sydney, and East to the coast, Coffs Harbour 2.5 hours, and West to the ranges and plains. . . We enjoy a temperate Summer, colourful Autumn, brisk Winter, with the occassional snow fall in neighbouring communities, and flourishing Spring.
