You once knew us as House with No Steps and The Tipping Foundation – two great organisations, with over 100 years of combined experience, who came together in 2018. Yes, we’re a disability service provider, but we’re also so much more. We’re the helper, mentor, coach, and trusted partner of around 5000 people with a disability throughout the east coast of Australia. We’re also proud to employ nearly 400 people with a disability across our seven businesses. From packaging and facility services to delicious biscuits and a working avocado and macadamia farm, our businesses offer quality products and services whilst advocating for Australians living with disability. All our Businesses are Social Enterprises certified by Social Traders. Meaning we are profit for purpose! We are sustainable and commercially competitive, but we exist for the sole purpose of creating meaningful, enjoyable employment for people with disability. We know that our Businesses are productive, creative, innovative, and great at problem solving. But work with us and find out for yourself! In 2022, our Businesses contributed over $17.3 million into the economy and for every dollar invested into an Aruma businesses there is a $2.05 return on investment to our local communities via improved incomes for employees, disability support pension savings and increased economic activity of carers. Wesley Mission is a for purpose organisation delivering services across NSW to support the most disadvantaged in our communities. As an Australian Disability Enterprise, Wesley Mission provides meaningful employment for over 100 Supported employees in areas of Contract Packaging, Gardening & Cleaning, Graffiti Removal, Administration and hospitality. Based out of Dundas, Wesley's Cleaning and Gardening crews service the greater Sydney area, north to Newcastle and South to the Illawarra, West to the Blue Mountains. Wesley Mission provides opportunities for people living with a disability to lead a fulfilling life through employment. As a charitable organisation, Wesley Mission supports disadvantaged individuals through employment, aged care, disability support, family and youth activities, registered training and other services supporting the communities in which we work. The David Morgan Centre provides an outlet for supported employees to contribute through meaningful employment, building self-esteem in supported employees while providing on the job training. Families can find comfort knowing that Wesley's Supported Employees are contributing to the support of other disadvantaged groups through Wesley Mission service.

The organization focuses on improving health outcomes and increasing access to culturally appropriate healthcare for First Nations peoples.
Horsham Red Cross operates as a retail op shop selling donated clothing, household items, and other goods. The store generates revenue to support Australian Red Cross humanitarian programs including disaster relief, community services, and support for vulnerable populations. The social impact includes providing affordable goods to the community while funding life-saving services.
