Goods 4 Good are champions of the social enterprise model and help build markets for social enterprises by creating opportunities to buy social.

1. Affordable Access to Whitegoods: Providing reliable and affordable whitegoods to communities, particularly those in need, improving their quality of life. 2. Environmental Impact: Reducing greenhouse gas emissions by refurbishing whitegoods, participating in green initiatives, and diverting e-waste from landfills. 3. Community Impact: Creating local training, apprenticeships and employment opportunities 4. Circular Economy Advocacy: We have been involved in the Circular Economy for over a decade, emphasizing the importance of extending the life of appliances, helping those in need, and reducing e-waste and CO2e emissions, in partnership with households, businesses, and local councils.

Our social purpose is to continue to help organisations close the gap as we acquire assets through our defit and asset recovery service we endeavour to support local Indigenous schools, charities and community organisations with both assets and financial donations. Our goals are to fulfil sustainability commitments through a circular economy approach, eliminating landfill, reducing our carbon footprint and decreasing manufacturing needs, whilst supporting the Indigenous community.

Windarring's social purpose is to provide individualised employment opportunities to people with a disability. At Rohs Road, we provide employment pathways around clothing recycling by aiming to save as much textile waste from landfill as we can, and to engage in gardening servicing/jobs within local community homes and businesses. Individuals have the opportunity to learn skills around using a lawn mowing, whipper snipper and engage in other garden maintenance tasks.

Small Fires makes heart-warming toys, books and games that are good for curious minds and the world they live in. Our range sparks curiosity and celebrates diversity while contributing to social and environmental impact around the world.

Windarrings social purpose is to provide valuable employment opportunities to people with a disability. Windarrings Recycled Shop/Op shop provides employment pathways for those who are interested in retail work. Our employees get the opportunity to learn all skills around retail, including customer service, merchandising and money handling.
