Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) is a social enterprise that provides recruitment and labour hire services. It aims to bridge the employment gap for priority job seekers by connecting them with meaningful employment opportunities. MCS combines social and economic impact with sustainable business practices by leveraging our expertise and partnerships. We aim to address systemic barriers many job seekers face in accessing equitable employment opportunities. By offering a tailored approach to recruitment and training, we strive to foster individual growth, enhance workforce diversity, and contribute to social and economic inclusion. Our service promotes equity, inclusion, and diversity in the workplace while supporting individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds in achieving meaningful employment and building confidence in employers. As a social enterprise, our ultimate goal is to transform lives, empower individuals, strengthen communities, and foster inclusive communities through sustainable employment solutions. Today, we have created over 120,000 hours of employment for priority job seekers.
