The Community Flower Studio (CFS) is a youth-focused registered charity with ACNC, which runs a Not-for-Profit Social Enterprise selling floral arrangements, indoor plants and terrariums to the public. CFS runs an online shop and hosts monthly pop-up stalls in Willoughby. Net proceeds will fund our Youth Mental Health Program (Creative Workshops, Youth Mentoring, Duke of Edinburgh Social Services and Intergenerational Exchanges). Community Flower Studio is youth-focused Charity which has a Not-for-Profit Social Enterprise arm. CFS sells floral arrangements, indoor plants and art pieces to the public. Net Proceeds will be used to support YOUTH facing mental health challenges. CFS offers various creative workshops to youth via collaborations with Out-Reach Youth Services such as StreetWork, a charity established since 1980. By nurturing their creative talents, encouraging face-to-face interactions and inspiring them with lived experiences of CFS members, YOUTH learn valuable life skills. For those YOUTH interested to assist with CFS Pop-Up Shops, they will gain work experience in retail customer service and work ethics. For those who are keen to pursue post-secondary studies at TAFE or Universities, CFS will look for suitable mentors to support their aspirations. This will help them find meaningful employment in the future. CFS officially launched a free 'Youth Mentoring Program' for young people (12 - 30 yr). This program was the finalist in 2024 Mental Health Matters Community Initiative Award. Dr Bibiana Chan was awarded the '2024 Environmental Citizen of the Year' by the Willoughby City Council through her work with Community Flower Studio and in particular the 'Petal-it-Forward' campaign (a charity partner with the Return & Earn Scheme).

Compostable Alt. is a for-purpose social enterprise dedicated to supporting cafe owners in transitioning away from single-use plastic takeaway packaging by offering certified home compostable alternatives, especially cups and lids. Our products are designed to break down completely and safely in a home compost environment with food scraps in under 24 weeks, enabling cafes and their customers to significantly reduce their waste. fiXit grew out of Hand Brake Turn (HBT), a 5 week pre accredited mechanics course that has been run by Concern Australia for over 2 years for disengaged young people 15-25yo. fiXit takes HBT graduates and employs them two days a week on a 3 month contract to give them a taste of what working in the automotive trade is like.
