All Things Equal is a hospitality social enterprise which exists to bridge the gap between people with disability and the wider community. We do this through providing purposeful training and award-wage paid employment through our employment pathway program. All Things Equal runs a flagship cafe in Balaclava, a cooking school and catering offering we are super proud of! Products and services include Community & Social Services, Catering & Hospitality.
