About

The For-Purpose Alliance exists to build leadership capability in the Australian NFP and For-Purpose sectors. We provide Peer2peer support programs that bring leaders together to catalyse their collective wisdom, knowledge and experience. Our guiding principle is that true social impact begins with our leaders: - Stronger LEADERS - More robust ORGANISATIONS - Empowered SECTOR - Greater SOCIAL IMPACT. FPA brings together leaders who are united in creating a better world, who choose to work in unique but complex organisations which deliver social outcomes and who ultimately believe in their ability to affect meaningful change. The For Purpose Alliance (NPA) programs are developed and offered exclusively to for-purpose executives. Our flagship 'Leadership Hubs' are a full day monthly program where leaders meet in a spirit of trust, peer collaboration and shared learning. Our Coaching. Mentoring and Strength programs run continuously, all year round. The For Purpose Alliance (FPA) is part of The NonPorfit Alliance (NPA) Pty Ltd.
