Health services and hospitals can submit an Expression of Interest to host a McGrath Breast Care Nurse, which the foundation funds to provide specialist breast cancer support in the community.

The foundation provides scholarships to approximately 15% of students enrolled at Wisdom College who are in need of financial assistance.

The grants focus on supporting three priority categories: Aboriginal community engagement, Science, technology, environment and math (STEM) education, and Environmental initiatives. The Ballarat Women's Fund Grants support initiatives that create long-term benefits for women and the wider community in Ballarat. It focuses on primary prevention and early intervention initiatives addressing family violence, promoting gender equality, and improving women's participation, opportunity, and inclusion by addressing systemic barriers.

This grant supports innovative projects, such as those delivering nutritious school lunches and cooking programs for children and families in Ballarat.

Fellowships, in partnership with Cancer Council SA and Flinders University, that invest in high-impact research focused on cancer survivorship, wellness, and support to improve the quality of life for people impacted by cancer.

The program supports mid-career artists to tackle new ideas and contribute to the cultural landscape of WA.

Research awards and grants for researchers globally

These grants provide funding for the continuing medical education of healthcare professionals through various programs such as medical seminars, symposia, and grand rounds. They are currently available in the US and Canada.

High-value awards available to early-mid career medical researchers in Australia who wish to continue a career in medical research within the country. Two individual five-year fellowships are awarded annually.

Community-based grants offered by CSL Behring to help local patient organizations achieve their advocacy objectives by addressing important local and state advocacy issues and initiatives.

Offers scholarships in partnership with various universities (e.g., Adelaide, Canberra, Curtin, Deakin, Flinders, Griffith, La Trobe, Newcastle, RMIT, Swinburne, Tasmania, Wollongong) and arts institutions (NIDA, AFTRs) for young Australians with disability.

Rio Tinto has committed A$250 million to this Western Australian Government initiative, supporting iconic infrastructure projects in areas such as education, training, health, Aboriginal wellbeing, and energy decarbonisation.
