Description

Cultural Practices in Indigenous Community-Owned Organizations. This project aims to equip Indigenous community-owned organisations with the practices needed to meet the goals of community development and organizational sustainability. The project expects to provide an evidence-based framework that captures strategies for generating hybrid organizational practices. This should be of significant benefit to Indigenous community-owned organizations assisting them to deliver the services needed to close the gap on a range of economic, health and social measures..
