National IPAP program matching not-for-profit applications with philanthropic trusts and endowments managed by Perpetual.

Requirements Summary

Not-for-profit organisations can apply for funding annually between October and December through Perpetual's IMPACT Philanthropy Application Program. Eligible organisations must be registered NFPs in compliance with Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission requirements, with no history of non-compliance or unacquitted prior grants. Applications are assessed across four pillars: Strategy, Leadership, Capability, and Outcomes. Perpetual distributes approximately $120 million annually from managed charitable trusts and endowments, with successful organisations notified and funded by end of June.

Organisation must be a registered not-for-profit entity

Organisations must demonstrate awareness of external environment, willingness to learn and collaborate with similar organisations

Organisations must understand sustainable business model and how it is measured, including KPIs for resource efficiency

Outcomes25%

Organisations must demonstrate measurable, realistic evidence of success with clear picture of long-term impact
