This project aims to revolutionise the strata management industry by addressing the urgent challenges that traditional software can no longer address, such as rising costs, inefficient operations, reduced service quality, and skill shortages. Collaborating with a leading Australian strata software company, this project expects to create Australia’s first strata management system powered by large language models. Key innovations include designing a universal strata foundation model, developing a dynamic knowledge integration mechanism, implementing a human-in-the-loop multi-agent system, and optimising resource efficiency.
