Womadelaide Foundation Limited
Giving Philosophy
The Foundation aims to foster and develop long-term educational activities and cultural exchange through its festival program. It promotes, maintains, improves, and advances education in world cultures, exciting and informing audiences across a multicultural society. A key focus is to develop links with Indigenous artists and their communities, particularly those disadvantaged by remoteness. The festival also serves as a forum for urgent and inspiring conversations on sustainability and the environment through its 'The Planet Talks' program, and provides community access tickets to disadvantaged groups.
