Tips for Applicants

PIF responds to direct approaches from registered charities, particularly those working in youth homelessness. Applications are more likely to succeed if they come through industry networks or referrals from property sector contacts. Keep proposals concise, demonstrate measurable outcomes, and show how your organisation can leverage the property industry's skills beyond just funding (e.g., pro-bono services, property donations).

Giving Philosophy

PIF operates on a model of industry-wide collective giving, where companies and professionals in the property sector pool resources to address social issues. Their theory of change focuses on leveraging the property industry's financial strength, networks, and in-kind capabilities to create tangible community outcomes, with a strong emphasis on tackling youth homelessness as a flagship cause.
