Giving Philosophy
The Foundation focuses on acquiring works that fill gaps in the Collection and strengthen representations of artists with national and international significance. It prioritises works by Australian and Indigenous artists, particularly those from Far North Queensland, ensuring culturally significant art remains in the region.

■Acquisition of works by renowned Bentinck Island Kaiadilt artist, Sally Gabori (c.1924-2015) for the Gallery's Permanent Collection.
■Funding for the purchase of Simone Arnol's 'Cross Country' series for the Collection.
