The Flora & Frank Leith Charitable Trust
Giving Philosophy
The Trust prefers to fund programs that make a cost-effective, demonstrable, and sustainable difference in the quality of life and access to opportunities for children, youth, and families. Grants are only made to organisations that are both charities and Deductible Gift Recipients (DGRs), with preference given to Victorian-based service providers. The Trust funds project-based work to be completed within twelve months and does not fund administrative costs, management, staff training, or research.
Tips for Applicants
Apply as a Victorian-based charity with DGR status focusing on children, youth, or family welfare programs. Applications close 30 September annually. Emphasise cost-effectiveness, demonstrable outcomes, and sustainability in your proposal. Ensure your project can be completed within twelve months and submit required interim and final reports on time to remain eligible for future funding.
