About

The Foundation was established in October 2014 with these 2 missions as the focus of what it is trying to achieve. The Foundation will try and help overcome the growing problem of disadvantaged kids missing out on opportunities due to their families financial situation whilst remembering our great friend Mark who’s values we respect so highly. The Foundation will raise funds via grant funding, corporate and private donations as well as fundraisers. These funds will then be used to provide as many scholarships as possible to children who qualify for assistance.

Giving Philosophy

The foundation believes in the importance of building resilient communities through grassroots initiatives, particularly those that uplift Indigenous voices and promote cultural heritage. They support projects that emphasize sustainability and community engagement as a means of effecting positive change.

Wealth Source:The specific source of wealth for the founders is not detailed, but likely relates to a corporate background or family business given its structure as a corporate foundation.

Tips for Applicants

Focus on clearly demonstrating community impact and engagement in proposals. Highlight how initiatives empower Indigenous communities or contribute to social cohesion.

This organisation shows disability-related delivery signals. The strategic question is whether it sits inside a resilient market, a thin market, or a captured market where large providers take most of the money and local alternatives are scarce.
