The foundation supports community-driven initiatives that promote independence, inclusion, and social connection for older people and those with disability. It prioritises projects led by or directly benefiting individuals with lived experience of disability and older Australians, with selection committee members drawn from the Mable community.

Priority is given to projects led by individuals with lived experience of disability or older Australians. Past winners have included documentary filmmakers, app developers, fashion designers, Paralympians, and community advocates. Selection committee includes Mable community members with lived experience. Apply early as the program is competitive and applications close annually around March.
