LeaderLife is a small not-for-profit organisation based in Dubbo NSW, creating opportunities for young people doing it tough to thrive. We aim to give every child a strong sense of worth, value and purpose.
Social Enterprise
LeaderLife’s ‘Soil2Soul’ provides holistic long-term support for youth at-risk; keeping them alive, out of jail, chasing dreams. Working in partnership with training organisations, LeaderLife deliver vocational training for mostly Indigenous young people aged 15-25. Soil2Soul helps develop work readiness skills across the agriculture industry through the lease of a lime farm. Our enterprise has advanced into landscaping, labouring and lime product manufacturing.
