Giving Philosophy

Applicants should be aged between 16 and 25 years, have lived or attended school in the Cowra region for the majority of their high school years, and demonstrate a clear commitment to their educational or career goals. Demonstrated financial need is an essential selection criterion. Successful grant recipients are expected to notify CEF Cowra if they receive other funding, assist with local fundraising/promotional events when available, and report on their progress every six months. Grants are typically reimbursements for pre-agreed expenses or direct payments to service providers, not cash grants to students.
